"The first time i ever took ecstacy was in june of '99. i went to this party in morristown new jersey called "funk*e" i went with my cousin and my best friend of 13 years (Lisa) and a whole bunch of other kids, there were 15 of us in total I think. We all met up at this girls house to drive down to new
jersey.. and my cousin had been telling me about ecstacy and i wanted to try it so badly. So everybody decided we should buy pills.. one of the guys stopped by a friends house and bought 15 "x-files" (this really speedy type of pill), i think they are equal to about a pill and a half. so after we got the pills, and stopped to buy cigarettes and drinks, etc. then we drove an hour to the party.. we all ate the pills in the parking lot before we walked inside, with the exception of natalie and lisa. we walked into the arena at around 12:00 and it was a really big one-room party.. there was a lil chillout space outside.. there was video games and all sorts of fun stuff..

after we got inside lisa and natalie ended up taking theirs. We went into the big room and started dancing.. and i wasnt really feeling the E, i was all frustrated cuz i spent $20 on a pill that wasnt gonna work. But then i walked outside to the bathroom to fill up my water bottle n it hit me so hard! i was feelin so awesome. So i walked back in to start dancing again and i was having the time of my life, Lisa was also, she was dancing her heart out. But then all of a sudden she stopped dancing and was staring at a dark wall.. then her eyes started rolling back in her head and she couldnt talk.. then she fell into my arms and went unconcious. I was standing there *completely* surprised, i had NO idea what to do. Then natalie took lisa out of my arms and put her over her shoulder then ran lisa outside and sat her on the ground in the light. Then a little candie-kid walked by and he was like "oh shit" so he helped natalie bring lisa to the paramedics.. they kept her inside an examaning room for a while, and then brought her out on a stretcher to the ambulance. I think it was most likely the scariest thing i've ever seen in my whole life.

Lisa is like my little sister, and they carried her out she was EXTREMELY pale, and covered up with a blanket it looked like she was dead. They took her to the hospital and her heart stopped beating.. but they started it back up again and they discharged her the next day (because her parents didnt have medical coverage i think). I think she had an angel on her shoulder that night, she is so lucky to be alive...and I've heard countless times from so many of my friends that "its impossible to overdose on ecstacy". but thats not true. Maybe its because lisa is tiny (5'1" and 95 lbs) or her heart couldnt handle the speed in the pill, I'm not sure. And then people say to me well, she didnt overdose on ecstacy, she overdosed on the speed in the pill. But it's SO hard to find pure MDMA, so most pills that u take will have another sort of drug in them, so please just be careful with what you take, try and get urself educated before u take any sort of drug, make sure you're around close friends, and remember.. parties are just as fun without drugs:o) all the candie kiddies and old skool partie kids and just everyone is so friendly.. well most of the time anyway:o) so.. well.. watch out for urself<3"
